Yuanyue Liu, Assistant Professor in the Walker Department of Mechanical Engineering and Texas Materials Institute, has received the ACS OpenEye Outstanding Junior Faculty Award in Computational Chemistry.

This award is given by American Chemical Society (ACS) Division of Computers in Chemistry. It recognizes the outstanding tenure-track faculty with significant achievements in their independent career and high potential to become the leaders in the field of computational chemistry. The awardees will receive the certificates and prizes at the Spring 2023 Indianapolis ACS National Meeting.

Liu is also recently honored as the “Highly Cited Researchers in 2022” by Clarivate, together with 23 other faculty at UT. Please join us in congratulating him!
