TMI is operating four atomic force microscopes. Please select any of the links below to learn more about the capabilities of each of the instruments.
Note: The two Park Scientific AFM (XE-100 and CP) are available for use only by experienced AFM users. On these two instruments the AFM sensors are already mounted.
Fees and Policies
- UT Users: $28/hour
- Higher Education/State Agencies: $42/hour
- Corporate/External Users: $100/hour
