As the Executive Assistant to the Director, Mary assists with the daily functions of the administrative offices of TMI which include preparation of the TMI budget; administering TMI accounts; personnel matters associated with employees appointed on TMI accounts; administrative supervision of the Graduate Coordinator and Technical Staff Assistant V; facility billing; web site updates and other duties as necessary. Mary is available to assist our faculty members with financial matters associated with their accounts that fall under one of the TMI unit codes.
